Regular Training

During the peak of the season we often paddle up to 4 or 5 times each week. When we can’t be on the water due to weather or lack of light we change up the schedule to include a mix of other activities to keep us fit and having fun.

Come & Try

From time to time we run official ‘Come and Try’ sessions often on a  Sunday. It’s ideal for people who wish to try Dragon Boating for the first time and provides an opportunity to discover whether or not this sport is right for you without having to commit. If we don’t have any days listed below then contact the club to arrange a time during our regular paddles.
